To assure flowers' best conditions, we recommend ordering for the same day as your event. All formal flowers orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 3 pm.
If you require the delivery by a specific time, please let us know well in advance. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
If you want to check the estimated delivery time, please give us a call in the morning before 9 am.
If you can't be at home and worry about missing delivery, we recommend leaving an esky for the flowers next to your entrance door. Please provide an ice block wrapped in a kitchen towel (to prevent direct contact between the ice and the flowers) to keep the flowers cool.
If you leave in an apartment, make sure that someone can accept the delivery.
If you wish to collect your order, you need to let us know at the time of ordering. We will send the address after confirmation of your order. The collection is available from 9.30 am at any convenient time on the day of your event. We would appreciate if you could let us know your estimated time of collection.
When you get your flowers, please don't put them in a domestic fridge. Your fridge settings could be too cold for the flowers. An air-conditioned room or an esky would be the best options to keep flowers cool until your event.
The delivery is free within the 3 km zone from Mossvale St in Ashgrove. Other locations:
3 to 12 km radius from Mossvale St., Ashgrove - $12.00
12 to 25 km - $20.00
25 to 50 km - $45.00
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
